During the month of February, I worked with several people in a private Facebook group where they took advantage of the FREE 30 Day trial of the Beachbody Club membership, which includes access to On Demand. I put together a 4-week workout calendar that allowed the members of the group to get a really good overall experience of the different types of workouts available.
Over the course of 4 week/28 days, each member of the group got to experience a new workout or a new trainer. There is a bit of a structure to the schedule; upper, cardio, yoga/stretch, lower, core, plyometrics, rest. I tried to follow this format as closely as possible. The format and schedule was well received and everyone that was part of the group really enjoyed the process.
