In July of 2016, myself along with my good friends Jared and Brenden decided to launch a podcast in conjunction with a couple of online support & accountability groups that we started; the Fit Men Movement and the Fit Empowered Women.

Since it’s launch, we have published a new podcast episode each week and a wide variety of topics have been included. The feedback that we have gotten from our listeners, is that they love the interview episodes! With that in mind, we set out to include at least 1 or 2 interview episodes each month and this month, January 2017, we had the awesome opportunity to interview an icon of the health and fitness industry and one of the most recognized faces in all of Beachbody, Mr. Tony Horton!
Tony offers us some insight on how he got started with health and fitness and ultimately Beachbody, some of the ups and downs he has experienced in his own journey as well as how he’s been involved with the military for several years that lead to the creation of a fitness program.
Our chat with Tony was awesome and I know you will definitely learn a few things about him that you probably didn’t know. By the end of the hour you’ll be fired up and inspired to “Bring It”!
