P90 Workout Schedules Now Available!
With the release of P90 this week, everyone was wondering what the actual schedule of the workouts would look like. We finally get a peek at those now. There are 2 schedules that are provided and each of them can be done with just the Base Kit of P90.
- Sculpt – For a resistance-based focus, go with the SCULPT schedule.
- Sweat – For a cardio-based focus, go with the SWEAT schedule.
All of the 90-day schedules are below and available for you to print out and follow with your P90 journey.
