Fresh raspberries and chocolate are a winning combo in my book! Add in some high protein Greek yogurt and you’ve got yourself an awesome snack that is guilt-free and tastes amazing. Check out this recipe to make your own flavored yogurt with fresh fruit and a touch of honey to cut down on added sugars. This healthy snack recipe is flavored with raspberries, but you can use any berries you have on hand.
- 1/4 cup of raspberries, divided
- 1/3 cup of low-fat plain Greek yogurt (Fage Total 0% is awesome!)
- 1/2 teaspoon of pure honey
- 1 teaspoon of grated/chopped dark chocolate (go with Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate 60%!)
- Mash 2 tablespoons raspberries with yogurt and honey.
- Top with the remaining 2 tablespoons raspberries.
- Sprinkle of chocolate.
Servings Per Recipe: 1
- 82 calories
- 7g protein
- 10g carbohydrate
- 2g fat
- 2g fiber
