22 Minute Hard Corps – Resistance 1 – Review
This workout is structured with 5 exercises – 3 with weights, 2 that are body weight only and varying rep counts for each exercise. You will complete each circuit (5 exercises) for a total of 3 rounds, again varying the rep count with each circuit.
