I gotta be honest with you up front here…I am not a huge fan of total body workouts. I’ve always had a mindset of focusing in on a single muscle group for a particular workout. Anytime I have ever gone through one in the past, I have felt like they are a bit underwhelming. So when I saw there was a total body workout in the Week of Hard Labor schedule, I was a little “meh…” about it.
That being said, the Total Body workout in this program was not easy; if you pick the right weight! As I mention in the video below, I went a little too heavy in this workout and had to adjust…twice! Choose the weight wisely for this one and it is quite challenging.
