The final month of my first round of P90X3 is here! There is just 4 weeks left, which means I’ll be finishing up on 3/30/2014. I’ve already starting putting some thoughts into what I want to do next. I’ll have about 10 weeks to prep for my Tough Mudder race on June 7th. A couple of short weeks after that, I’ll be heading to Las Vegas for the annual Coach Summit for 4 days. This is a perfect way to keep me focused all the way up to the start of summer!
I am thinking about pulling together some routines from my entire Beachbody library for a hybrid that will focus on building both strength and endurance, which I’ll need for that race in June. I’ll be sure to post/share what I come up with so that you can give it a try yourself!
Meanwhile, our 21 Day Fix group is entering its final week and I think that all of those who are actively involved have been happy with the program and their progress in just two weeks! Higher energy levels, better fitting clothes, improvements in daily workouts and even weight loss are all being reported! Everyone is so encouraging to each other, which is great to see.

Bring Sally Up – A Push-up Challenge
Ever challenged yourself to something you’ve seen someone else do, but you yourself have never tried? That’s exactly what I did recently and thankfully I was smart enough to capture it on video to prove it. This is a little challenge that involves one simple exercise – the push-up. But it’s not as easy as it sounds…
