This weekend we put the wraps on the first 21 Day Fix challenge group and while we are still waiting for those that participated to share their final results, I can say that those who followed the program and stuck with it for the entire 21 days definitely saw results!
This program really helps those who are struggling with bad nutritional habits and allow them to implement newer, positive habits that focus on portion control.

My Tough Mudder Training Hybrid
I’ve been trying to finalize my training schedule that I plan to start after I am done with X3 later this month. I think it’s done! This hybrid combines all of my favorite programs and the individual routines within each. This 12-week schedule will take me all the way through the middle of June, so if you are looking for a challenge between now and then – give this one a try.
P90X3 App Available for both iPhone/iPad and Android
When P90X3 launched back in December, only the Android version of the app was available to track your X3 workouts. The iPhone/iPad version of P90X and P90X2 tracking had long been available, but lacked the X3 routines.
However, now both apps support tracking for P90X3! The price of the app is the same for both platforms, $2.99 and includes the P90X3 calendar to follow along as well.

Who doesn’t love a good ab routine? The Ab Ripper routine from P90X3 does not disappoint! While this is the shortest Ab Ripper workout between the 3 available (P90X, P90X2 & P90X3), this is probably the hardest of the group and my favorite!

5 Tips/Suggestions to Improve Your Life – Today!
I feel like each time I post these tips; they are soooo relevant at the time I read through them and share them. The following 5 tips are absolutely spot on – read them and REALLY soak in the message.
1. Share Your Goals With Positive People
When you’re ready to get started on achieving your goals, share them with positive people that surround you. They will be the motivational voice you need to hear while also holding you accountable for your progress.
2. List Your Obstacles and Avoid Them
The easiest way to ensure that obstacles don’t interrupt your progress is to anticipate them. Take the time to list any potential hurdles that you may face then figure out how you will overcome them, then you will be ready when they inevitably pop up.
3. Visualize Your Success
Take a moment to imagine yourself leading the life you strive for. Whether it’s financial freedom, being smoke free, or wearing a bathing suit on the beach, visualize yourself as the ideal you and it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
4. Eliminate Distractions
Distractions are only a temporary remedy for boredom or stress. In the long run, distractions will not only serve as a method to escape boredom, but success as well.
5. Recruit Help
Most times it’s not possible to accomplish your goals all on your own. There is no shame in asking for help. Anyone who is successful can attribute it to a long line of individuals that lent a hand along the way.
