Hey Team!

October is here and that means there are roughly 90 days left in 2013!  I’m not sure about you, but so far 2013 has gone by fast and these last few months are sure to go by just as fast.  This is the time of the year when things typically get busy for people with the rapid-fire occurrence of holidays coming up.

Aren’t the holidays are great – getting together with family and friends to spent some quality time with each other.  All of these holidays and gatherings that accompany them can also be progress and nutrition killer!  Some people simply throw away all of the effort that they have put in throughout the year in these last 90 days with poor choices and sometimes find themselves back where they started on January 1st.

What if you decided this year would be different? What if this year, you decided to actually start 2014 ahead of where you were on January 1st 2013? You can, the choice is up to you!  But you’ve got to have a plan in place.  Set yourself a goal for where you want to be on January 2014.

Not sure where to start?  More details about P90X3 have been release (details below…), which will be released on December 10th, 2013.  This can be the program you plan to start January 2014, but you may need to get yourself ready.  I’ll be starting a P90X3 challenge group in early January and if you want to join us now if the time to prepare yourself.

Why not finish out 2013 with a round of P90X or P90X2?  Both are great programs and are currently the promotion that Beachbody has made available for the month of October.  You can save over $90 on a P90X or P90X2 Challenge Pack this month and instead of gaining weight or falling back into old habits, you can actually lose weight this holiday season!

7-Day Challenge Update

We put the wraps on the 7-day Health and Wellness Challenge and I think it was a great success for those that participated.  The group members learned a lot about proper nutrition and were provided a complete 7-day menu of recipes for 3 meals and 1 snack as well as a new recipe to try with Shakeology each day.

I am planning on starting a similar 7-day challenge again in November, if you, or someone you know, would like to be part of this group, please let me know by sending me an email. As the date of the challenge gets closer, I will be in contact with the details.

 

 

Five Fall Foods

Fall is here and some fall favorite foods are officially in season!  I posted an article about some foods that you should check out along with some recipes for each.

New Details on P90X3

There was some new info released this week about P90X3 and the more I see/hear about this new program, the more I think this is going to be a huge success!  I actually got to try out one of the routines from the P90X3 program last weekend and it was a great workout in just 30 minutes.
