Since it was launched, 21 Day Fix has been a huge success for those that have gone through the program. One of the main reasons for that success is it’s focus on simplicity and portion control! Both 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme use a container system to remove a lot of the guesswork when it comes to nutrition, an area that many people struggle with.
At a basic level, you have colored containers that represent a type of food and you are allotted a certain number of containers for a given day. The number of containers you are allotted will vary based on your caloric needs. The great thing about this system is your aren’t locked into a specific meal or food types and forced to repeat that same meal(s) each and everyday. Given the list of foods per container color, you can mix and match a wide variety of food and literally can have a different meal throughout the 21 days.
