Beginning today, October 1st, you can get a sneak peek at two the routines that are found in the new Hammer and Chisel fitness program via the Beachbody On Demand service. Both workouts, ISO Speed Hammer and Total Body Chisel, fall into the “total body” category with the ISO Speed Hammer workout being the shorter of the two.

Here is a break down of the different exercises found in the ISO Speed Hammer workout from the Hammer and Chisel fitness program Each exercise is performed for 10 reps with a 3-count pace and then 10 additional reps at normal/fast speed.
