I’m past the half-way point in this 60 day program and there are still some routines that have not shown up on the calendar. As I have mentioned in the past, the Hammer and Chisel program is very reminiscent of the P90X2 program in many ways. However, one thing that I miss are the single muscle group focused workouts. Nearly every Hammer and Chisel routine works the entire body and Max Hammer Strength is no different.
Max Hammer Strength does one thing that is different though; it incorporates a timed body-weight only exercise that is then immediately followed up with an exercise of the same muscle group, but adds resistance for 8 reps. This allows you to really go heavy on those 8 reps and I highly encourage that!
