I got a sneak peak at the DVD contents for the upcoming and soon to be released Asylum Volume 2 – Elite Training Series fitness program from Shaun T. It looks pretty intense and I can’t imagine hitting a hybrid of this and the original Asylum program? But…I’ll probably give it a go at some point. I will definitely be ordering this program as soon as it is available.

If you reviewed everything from above, you’ll notice that Asylum Volume 2 is going to be an awesome program! The workouts are a bit longer than the original, but that can only mean that the results in the end are going to be that much better. I am super excited about this one!
