P90X3 – Accelerator – Review
Accelerator is a cardio workout and it is first introduced during the recovery week of Block 1. However, don’t let the fact that this workout is part of the recovery week fool you into thinking it is going to be a walk in the park. This routine is a full 30 minutes, no warm-up necessary!
There are a total of 20 different exercises here, no repeats! If you heart isn’t pumping and the sweat isn’t dripping off of you after your are done, you didn’t give this workout 100%.
