P90X3 – Complex Lower – Review
Like Ab Ripper and the Complex Upper routines, Complex Lower is part of the Elite series of workouts and it definitely lives up to the name of Elite!
Complex Lower is a fairly basic, straight-forward workout that is only comprised of 5 different exercises that you perform consecutively for a “Complex” and then you repeat those same 5 exercises/complex for a total of 4 rounds. Very similar to the P90X2 PAP Upper and PAP Lower routines, but even simpler with P90X3 as you only have 5 exercises total, whereas in P90X2 there were a different series of exercises for each complex.
