P90X3 – Eccentric Lower – Review
Want a challenging lower body workout that isn’t just a bunch of squats and lunges? Eccentric Lower is a great routine that will introduce you to some exercises that you may or may not have seen before. Focusing on the negative portion of the lift, you’ll be feeling the burn during that 3 second slow count. Make sure you choose the right weight and focus on form rather than getting more reps.
