P90X3 – The Challenge – Review
It doesn’t get much simpler than this routine. Pull-ups and Push-ups – that’s it! 8 sets of each with varying hand positions and grips. This is definitely a tough workout if you pick a set of numbers that “challenge” you. This is a great workout for you 30/15 fans!
Choose wisely, you don’t want to pick a number that is your max because you have to keep it going for 30 minutes! Think you can’t get a great workout in just 30 minutes? This workout will test that theory and probably put it to rest. Don’t forget to track your numbers, even if you don’t hit your goal on every set. Keep track and you will know where you improve along the way.
