P90X3 – The Warrior – Review
This is a Total Body workout, but no equipment or weights are required. An interval style workout with 16 moves that are broken down into block of 4 exercises; upper body, interval/cardio, core and lower body. A lot of these moves will be entirely new to you but they are a lot of fun and really get your heart rate up and the sweat flying!
This is the one P90X3 workout that I was most familiar with before I even received the program. While in Las Vegas at the Team Beachbody Coach Summit, Tony Horton took us through the same exact workout. That workout was actually 60 minutes instead of the 30 minutes you get with X3, but all of the same moves, plus he threw in a few extra that day. Those who participated in that workout, including myself, really liked it.
