P90X3 – Yoga – Review
Does the even the sound of the word “Yoga” send shivers down your spine? Well, I’ll admit that was the case for me as well at one time. I actually enjoy it now, though it still isn’t my first choice of workout routines.
With P90X, the Yoga routine was 90 minutes! It was shortened to 60 minutes with P90X2 and cutting out 30 minutes made a big difference for me. I liked the overall workout with X2 and still hit that routine from time to time.
P90X3 introduces another Yoga routine, but this one is only 30 minutes (just like all of the P90X3 routines) and goes by really fast. Most fof the moves are familiar, but a couple of new poses were introduced. Check out the video I posted of my P90X3 Yoga Review.
