Portion Control Calculator

For the majority of people, the nutritional aspect of living a healthy and fit lifestyle is often times the most difficult part. As most of you are aware, every fitness program that Beachbody creates is accompanied with a quality nutrition program that is designed to get you optimal results and teach you how to eat healthy along the way.

With the introduction of 21 Day Fix, the portion control system was created, making nutrition a lot easier to manage. Since that initial release of the container system, Beachbody has begun to use (or at least have it as an option) it every new fitness program that is created. They have even gone back and created plans for popular programs where it previously wasn’t available.

To help make your life a bit easier, I have included a portion control container calculator for some of the most popular fitness programs in the Beachbody library. This container calculator provides you with the same information you would find within each of the nutrition guides that are included with their respective fitness program.

21 Day Fix Portion Plan Calculator

NOTE: If your number is less than 1,200, round up to 1,200. If it’s more than 2,299, round down to 2,299.

21 Day Fix Extreme

NOTE: If your number is less than 1,200, round up to 1,200. If it’s more than 2,800, round down to 2,800.

22 Minute Hard Corps Ration Plan

NOTE:
Your assigned Ration Plan is intended for weight loss. If you do not wish to lose weight or you experience any discomfort while utilizing this Plan, refer to the RATIONS FOR RESULTS NUTRITION FIELD GUIDE: Changing Your Ration Plan for further options

Body Beast

  1. If your calories are less than 1,200, use the 1,200-Calorie Portion Chart. Otherwise, round down to the closest Portion Chart.
  2. If you experience a weight-loss plateau for more than 2 weeks, move up to the next chart. Odds are that you are under-eating and slowing your metabolism.
  3. If you feel constantly fatigued or your muscles aren’t recovering, move up to the next chart. This is a demanding program and working out without adequate nutrition only increases your chance of injury.

Core De Force Eating Plan

NOTE:
The Core de Force Food Plan is designed for weight loss. If weight loss isn’t your goal, skip step C and use your Maintenance Calorie number to find your Food Plan. If your Maintenance Calories are higher than 2,400 (and weight loss is NOT your goal), head to page 23 to find your plan.
