The ONLY commitment I require from you is that you have a positive attitude, complete the daily challenge, 1 post daily for accountability, and COMMIT to the FULL 21 days!
Why do this? WHY NOT? LEAN UP the arms, chest, back, shoulders, and gain some confidence and HAVE FUN while building some LEAN muscle!

This is how the challenge works:
- Check in each morning to see the daily challenge that I post.
- Complete the daily challenge.
- Like or comment on the challenge post once completed.
- Eat healthy and drink lots of water!
To get the most out of this challenge, it’s important to engage and participate in the group Every. Single. Day. A simple “Done!” or “Whew!” or “#superman” will suffice. Anything to show that you’ve accomplished the daily workout.
It’s all about ACCOUNTABILITY – that handy little #FitnessHack that motivates you to keep going… even when your brain is trying to make up any excuse to stop.
When you see others comment on their completion, and you know that you’re accountable for your own completion, excuses seem silly. You realize that by the end of the day, you have some pushups to get done… pushups that we are waiting to see you complete… so you had better get going.
After that, all that’s left is uninhibited drive, drive that will give you the momentum you need to survive the PUSH UP CHALLENGE!
