Who Is Online Coaching For?

It’s for you if:

You look and feel like you’ve let your health and fitness go the last few years. — and that isn't sitting right with you! You try to make it to the gym consistently but life keeps getting in the way and you’re not sure what to do about it.  If you’re tired of following a "fad" workout and diet plan that is too complicated, restrictive, and boring.

Working out 4 to 5 times per week is still important to you but not realistic because of your lifestyle demands. If learning how to make healthy meals that taste great is appealing to you but feels impossible because of so much contradicting information out there about what’s healthy and what’s not.

You’ve got a career, a family, a relationship, hobbies, and other interests that you need to make a priority. Your health and fitness need to revolve around your life and not the other way around.

It’s not for you if:

You’re looking for the next 3 month build the body of your dreams program. Online Coaching is about building sustainable healthy habits that compliment your life and don't take it over. Rather then give you some generic “cookie-cutter” workout and diet plan that you may or may not like and follow - Online Coaching will teach you how to build healthy habits around your preferences, lifestyle, and priorities.

You’re already lean and looking to lose those last 5 to 10 pounds. Online Coaching is a year long program that will help you lose a significant amount of fat, build muscle, but actually keep it off.

What Will I Learn?

You’ll learn the most important healthy habits that lead to fast but sustainable results.

I will be spending a considerable amount of time helping you with your goals and keeping you motivated. That means I only want people who have a real desire for change.
