Q: Is This Really Free?
Yep! I want you to really experience what it is like to be supported and coached from someone that wants to see you succeed.
Q: Do I Need Any Equipment?
You will need some space, roughly a 10 ft x 10 ft area. You will also need a step-stool or a chair or bench. Other than that - you will only be using your body weight.
Q: What Is The Time Commitment Required?
Each workout will take roughly 5-7 minutes and you will perform the workout once in the AM and again in the PM. But you choose the specific time.
Q: What Happens At The End Of 14 Days?
At the end of the 14 days, you will have the opportunity to continue with me as your coach and become a member of an exclusive support & accountability group. I'll help you choose a structured fitness program and we will continue to work closely together.
