What you will find on Your Fitness Path

Your Fitness Path is maintained and managed by Chris Coburn and it is designed to help you get the information you need to get started on your health and fitness journey and take it to the next level.

For Men

Most men are focused on one or two things; losing body fat or gaining muscle mass. Your Fitness Path has several resources available to men that will help learn how to add lean muscle mass with proper training, proper nutrition and last but not certainly least; proper rest. With body fat loss, nutrition is going to have the greatest impact on your progress and results and Your Fitness Path will show you how to lose body fat in a safe and effective way that will ensure that you will keep it off...for good!

For Women

The goals of women are understandably different than men; most women aren't interested in gaining muscle mass. That being said, women are still focused on fat loss and "toning up" and the principles for doing this are exactly the same for women as they are for men.

For Everyone

You'll find solid nutrition advice and recommendations on supplements and fitness programs that I know can help you achieve your goals!

Who is Chris Coburn?

Coach Chris

If you don't already know me, let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Chris Coburn and I am married, a father of 4, currently living and working full time in Indianapolis, IN.

I have been involved with health and fitness since mid-2009, when I started my own  journey. I began online coaching in late 2011 after I realized that there several people out there just like me who want to lead healthier lives, but struggled to get started or see progress.

My goal with Your Fitness Path is to help men and women who lead busy lives reach their OWN health and fitness goals faster, by simplifying nutrition and introducing at home fitness.

What is Your Fitness Path?

Your Fitness Path is a resource, more specifically a health, fitness and nutrition resource. I put this site together to help others, like myself, who live busy lives and want to get themselves in great shape and enjoy the process along the way.

You'll find several articles on nutrition and fitness, lots of great tasting recipes and workout programs that you can do in the comfort of your own home without the need of a lot of equipment.

Got Questions?

I get a lot of questions! Here are some of the most comment questions that I get on a daily basis. Keep in mind that the answer to several of these questions can vary greatly based on the person who is asking and the context of the question. With being said, I have tried to answered them in a generalized manner where applicable. If you want additional help on any of the questions mentioned below - reach out to me directly - I am happy to help!
