As some of you may or may not recall, I helped launch a new project in early May called the Fit Men Movement. We got off to a great start to our community and it continues to be a great resource for those that are involved.
One of the things that we also started in conjunction with this group are monthly live calls between myself, the other founders and any of the Fit Men Members who are available to join us.
In a recent live call, we discussed Nutrition and what good nutrition looks like. There are five major components that we discuss on this topic:.

What is the Fit Men Movement?
We are a community of men who are here to push each other and to learn about fitness and nutrition while finding a balance between work, family, nutrition, and everything in between.

We haven’t forgotten about you! While we are initially kicking things off with our Fit Men Movement, we are also collaborating with some women leaders to help us organize a similar group for women. The Fit Empowered Women group will serve as a community just for women who have similar goals and want to get more out of life in several areas.
