I love info-graphics!
To a visual person like myself, they present a lot of possibly complex information in a manner that is easy to read and understand. I recently stumbled upon this info-graph that details where to find the 13 essential vitamins that your body needs. Not only that, but it also gives you some great whole food examples of where to find everyone one of them!
Obviously, some foods will generally have more than one of these essential vitamins, and that is also where this info-graphic comes in handy. You can choose foods that give you the most bang for your buck!
How Does Shakeology Fare?
While, Shakeology isn’t listed here, it does contain over 70+ vitamins and minerals and nearly every one of the 13 essential vitamins detailed in the info-graph can be found in a single serving of Shakeology. The exception being, B5, B7 and B9. However, given that, I feel you would be very hard pressed to find another supplement on the market that delivers all of the essential vitamins in the same manner that Shakeology can offer.
