November is already half over which means the Thanksgiving holiday is quickly approaching. How are you planning to spend the upcoming holidays? I trust and hope it is with family and friends. Many people throw away these last weeks of the year. Don’t let that be you. If you have been putting in the work to improve your own health and fitness in 2013 – stick with it, even through these final weeks of the year. You’ll feel better about yourself on January 1st – plus, you will be that much further ahead of everyone else.
As I mentioned previously, these next few weeks I’ll be going back and forth between some of my favorite routines, biding my time until P90X3 comes out on December 10th. Who else is excited about that!!! That will be an early Christmas gift to myself I suppose. I’ll be starting a P90X3 only Challenge Group to kick of 2014 – so if you are interested in joining us – please let me know.
Oh and a little birdie might have mentioned something about a special price on the P90X3 program upon it’s release…wink, wink, wink!
Shakeology Shaker Cups Available…Finally!
Since roughly mid-July, the cups have been out of stock… Last week they were finally available and they are actually a little bit bigger than the previous cups. The new cups are now 25 oz. – which is a nice size for me since I add my whey protein and occasionally some fruit to my Shakeology so space was sometimes tight!
As always, if you order a Challenge Pack or Shakeology on Home Direct (Auto-ship), I’ll send you a shaker cup – on me. If you’ve ordered one of those since July – check your mail this week.
Due to an overwhelming amount of questions I get on a regular basis on the subject of nutrition, I have setup a new page on my site that links to several nutrition related articles that I have posted in the past. I’ll be added more links as needed, but I wanted to share this with all of you so that you have it for a reference/quick access.
Here’s the page on my site: Nutrition 101
5 Tips/Suggestions to Improve Your Life – Today!
I love #3 on this week’s list – uncertainty and self-doubt will creep into your head on your journey – that’s completely normal and should be expected.
1. Kick Bad Habits to the Curb
Take a moment to evaluate the vices you hold on to. No doubt you have at least a few that are holding you back from what you want to be or accomplish. Rather than letting these vices control you for one more day, take the reins and expel them from your life.
2. Get Ahead by Getting Started
If you get started today on achieving your goals you will automatically be ahead of any competition that waits until tomorrow.
3. It’s Normal to Be Uncertain
It’s inevitable that when attempting to change you will feel ambivalent. There’s no way to know for sure what it will feel like when you achieve your goals, so uncertainty is completely normal. As you continue through your transformation you will discover the costs of staying the same and will embrace change more readily.
4. Make Every Minute Count
Cherish every single minute of your day. Whether you add an extra minute to your workout, take one more minute for yourself in the shower or read to your kids for another minute, make every minute count. Every minute you use to enjoy life will take a minute away from your bad habits.
5. Don’t Discount Your Own Experience
Rather than devaluing your own experience and overvaluing others’ realize that you are uniquely gifted and bring many valuable things to the table.
I’m looking for a few select leaders this month to help us change the world. If you want to do something truly fulfilling while you’re working on your own health & fitness AND earning a nice side income, go here now…
Are you passionate about fitness? Love sharing your knowledge with others?
I am looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join my Beachbody coaching team. Beachbody is a company that creates in-home fitness programs such as P90X, P90X2, Insanity, TurboJam, Hip Hop Abs, TurboFire and more.
Being a coach allows you to work with Beachbody customers, keeping them motivated, answer questions, and offer suggestions for new products and nutritional supplements that will help them achieve their fitness and health goals.
Being a coach is a great way to supplement your income while doing something you love.
Email or click below for more information about becoming a coach.
Let’s help others and pay it forward!
How many of you have/know someone that you think would benefit from being a part of this group? We all probably know SOMEONE that may be struggling with health and fitness.
Who do you know that has high cholesterol, blood pressure issues or blood sugar problems? Do you know someone that needs to lose weight, tone up or gain weight?
If you think you know someone, even if it is just one person, let me know and let’s get them plugged in. A little friendly competition is always beneficial to those involved.
Got a question?
I also wanted to make sure that everyone on my team is aware that I am here for YOU! If you have ANY questions related to health and fitness, don’t hesitate to contact me directly either on Facebook or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). I am always willing to provide feedback and suggestions on ways that you can get the results that you are after.
And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc. It really helps me get more exposure and grow our team!
2) Also, as always, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site, www.yourfitnesspath.com, or by logging in to www.teambeachbody.com to do your shopping (If you buy from the plain beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out.
Thank you! I really appreciate it!
Keep bringing it and inspiring others to do the same gang!!
Need a Coach?
If you need to find someone that will hold you accountable, answer your questions, help you, and PUSH YOU for the entire duration of your workout! Luckily for you, that’s what me and my team are here for. If you don’t have a coach yet and want one, I’d love to be your coach and help you through a fitness program. I am available to help you reach your goals!
