Recipe of the Week – Raspberry Yogurt with Dark Chocolate

Recipe of the Week - Raspberry-Yogurt-with-Dark-Chocolate

Fresh raspberries and chocolate are a winning combo in my book! Add in some high protein Greek yogurt and you’ve got yourself an awesome snack that is guilt-free and tastes amazing. Check out this recipe to make your own flavored yogurt with fresh fruit and a touch of honey to cut down on added sugars. This healthy snack recipe is flavored with raspberries, but you can use any berries you have on hand.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of raspberries, divided
  • 1/3 cup of low-fat plain Greek yogurt (Fage Total 0% is awesome!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pure honey
  • 1 teaspoon of grated/chopped dark chocolate (go with Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate 60%!)

Directions

  1. Mash 2 tablespoons raspberries with yogurt and honey.
  2. Top with the remaining 2 tablespoons raspberries.
  3. Sprinkle of chocolate.

Servings Per Recipe: 1

  • 82 calories
  • 7g protein
  • 10g carbohydrate
  • 2g fat
  • 2g fiber
