Body Beast was launched in the summer of 2012…basically 5 years ago. Honestly speaking, I wasn’t too excited about it when it was initially announced. However, once I started Body Beast; it quickly became one of my favorites, I got great results from Body Beast and it lead me to a real passion for lifting.
In that 5 years, as one would expect, a lot has happened. Beachbody is still an important aspect of my health and fitness life. It allows me the opportunity to connect with so many of you and help you reach your health and fitness goals.
My approach to workouts and nutrition has evolved over those 5 years as well and several doors were opened up for me!
Of course, Beachbody has released several new fitness programs have been during that time. Each time they were gearing up for a new program announcement, I would anticipate some kind of follow-up to the Body Beast program that I had grown to really enjoy. Alas, I was continually disappointed on this matter.
A Week of Hard Labor – Launching Soon!
That all changed last week when the new program from Sagi Kalev was announced! While it isn’t a full fledged 60-90 day program, “A Week of Hard Labor” is being touted as a set of new workouts that will really challenge any Body Beast veteran.
5 new workouts that are the perfect “Whatever It Takes” complement to your training library. But this is no cakewalk. This is A WEEK OF HARD LABOR. 5 days, 5 totally distinct and intense workouts. Each day, Sagi targets a different muscle group and takes it to exhaustion.
