P90X3 is Coming!
The announcement of P90X3 was made a little over a month ago, but we weren’t given any specific details about the program other than the man himself, Tony Horton, would be the trainer. Who did we expect…right? This week however, new and exciting details about the program were released along with a 2 1/2 minute video that gives us a glimpse into the format and the routines that will be part of the 3rd edition to an incredible brand and fitness program P90X!
What we know about P90X3
- Release Date: 12/10/2013
- Length of workouts: 30 minutes
- Length of program: 90 days – broken into 3 blocks
- Number of workouts: 21
- Style of workouts: Hybrid of P90X and P90X2 along with some new MMX moves
- Equipment required: Dumbbells or resistance bands and a pull-up bar ( possibly medicine balls & stability ball )

Here is a video that gives us a peak into what you can expect from the new P90X3 fitness program from Beachbody and Tony Horton. You may recognize some of these moves from P90X or P90X2, but there are also several new routines/moves that will be introduced with X3.
